Daybeds have become increasingly popular due to their dual functionality as both sitting and sleeping areas. In addition to their flexibility, today's day beds are available in many differing designs (sleigh, panel, etc…) and in multiple styles including contemporary or modern, traditional, and transitional.
Choose from our selection of metal (iron and steel) and wood daybeds. Each daybed is available in the finish shown. The finish selections vary greatly and can be chosen to reflect your own personal taste. Most of the iron and steel day bed finishes are brushed, plated, or antiqued, while the hardwood day beds are typically painted or stained in mahogany, oak or pine.
Our daybeds routinely consist of four pieces: the back, two sides, and a link-spring – used to support your top daybed Twin size mattress. However, a few of our day beds have a front panel with slats used to support a mattress. Either a pop-up trundle or pull-out drawer trundle is typically offered as an option. The pop-up trundle can be used to increase the day bed’s sleeping surface, while the pull-out trundle can be used as storage or to hide an additional Twin mattress.
You can optionally choose to select a daybed bedding ensemble to complete your daybed. All of our daybed bedding selections feature split-cornered bedskirts paneled on the appropriate three sides to fit snugly over a link-spring.
