The overall height of the Headboard is 52” and the footboard reaches 36”. This trundle bed includes the twin size headboard, footboard, link spring, and pop-up trundle. The trundle hides underneath the bed and holds an extra twin mattress. When you need a sleeping surface for a guest, the trundle pulls out, and can also raise to the height of the link spring, to create a king-size sleeping surface.
