The Riviera Bed has a little Europe, a little romance and a lot of character built within its four posts. These stalwart 3 5/8” octagonal wood posts are elaborately finished with metal finial caps and wood-turned feet. A wonderful ¾” square top rail is arched precisely like a cast iron gate from generations past, forming the profile of the headboard. The grills are finished in Gun Metal, which is a base of charcoal paint covered with clear lacquer. The finish on the posts is Acorn.
